If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself from the login screen. No admin involvement needed.
Step-by-step
Go to app.hospitelligence.ai.
Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
Enter your email address and click submit.
Check your inbox for a password reset email.
Click the link in the email to open the reset page.
Enter your new password, then confirm it by entering it again.
Log in with your new password.
Password requirements
Your new password needs to meet the same requirements as your original:
At least 12 characters
A mix of upper and lowercase letters
At least one number
At least one symbol (e.g., !, @, #, $)
Common questions
I never got the reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, double-check that you entered the same email address you use to log in.
The reset link says expired.
Reset links are time-limited for security. If yours has expired, just request a new one from the Forgot Password link.
I have two-factor authentication enabled — does resetting my password affect that?
No. Resetting your password doesn't change your 2FA setup. You'll still be prompted for your authenticator code when you log in with your new password.
