Once your account is set up, logging in is straightforward. Here's how it works day to day.
Step-by-step
Go to app.hospitelligence.ai in your browser.
Enter your email address and password.
Click Log in.
If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you'll be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
You'll land on your home dashboard.
Staying logged in
Hospitelligence keeps you logged in on a device for a reasonable working period, so you don't need to enter your password every time you open the platform. For security reasons, you'll be prompted to log in again periodically — and any time you log in from a new device or browser.
Logging out
To log out, click your profile icon and select Log out. We recommend logging out at the end of a shift if you've been working on a shared computer.
Forgot your password?
Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the prompts in the reset email we send. The full walkthrough is in Resetting your password.
