Supported integrations and data sources

The categories of systems Hospitelligence connects to.

Hospitelligence connects to the operational systems your venue already runs on. We pull data from each of them in near real time and aggregate it into one connected view that the AI can reason across.

Here's what we currently integrate with.

The five data categories

Hospitelligence is built around five core data sources that, together, cover the operational picture of a hospitality venue:

  • Point of Sale (POS) — transactions, items, categories, voids, comps, discounts, payment methods, dayparts. The backbone of sales data.

  • Gaming — gaming machine activity, revenue, turnover, and related operational data for venues with gaming floors.

  • Rostering — published rosters, planned shifts, staff classifications, and rostered hours.

  • Time and attendance — actual clock-on and clock-off times, timesheets, breaks, and labour cost data.

  • Reservations and bookings — booking volumes, covers, no-shows, and event reservations.

How the integrations work

Each integration is a direct connection between Hospitelligence and the underlying system. A few things worth knowing:

  • Set up once, runs continuously. Once an integration is configured for your venue, data flows automatically. No manual exports, no nightly batches.

  • Built and maintained by us. Integrations are managed by the Hospitelligence team. If a system updates its API or changes how it exposes data, we handle the work to keep things flowing.

  • Two-way where it matters. Hospitelligence primarily reads from your operational systems, but the agents module can also edit and update data in connected systems where that's useful. These actions run with human-in-the-loop logic — an agent proposes a change, a person approves it, and only then does the change flow back to the source system. You stay in control of what gets written.

What if a system we don't yet support runs at your venue?

The integration list grows over time. If your venue uses a system that isn't yet supported, let us know via support — knowing what our customers actually use shapes what we build next.
