Creating your account

Why accounts are invite-only and how creation actually works.

Hospitelligence accounts are invite-only. There's no public sign-up page, and you can't create an account for yourself.

This is intentional. The platform connects directly to your venue's POS, gaming, rostering, time and attendance, and bookings systems — so account creation is controlled by your venue admin, not by whoever happens to land on the website. It keeps each venue's data scoped to the right people.

How accounts get created

The flow is always the same:

  1. Your venue admin invites you from inside Hospitelligence. They enter your email, choose your role, and select which venue (or venues) you should have access to.

  2. You receive a welcome email prompting you to set up your account. The email is sent the moment the admin sends the invite.

  3. You complete setup by clicking the link in the email and confirming your details. The full walkthrough is in Accepting your invitation.

If it hasn't arrived yet, ask whoever's onboarding you (your venue admin or your manager) to send it — and check your spam folder while you wait.
